I’m Amit Kumar mishra. My love for food and cooking started when I was super young, probably around the time my senses came alive. I grew up in a home filled with spice aromas and my love affair for Indian food began.

MY passion for cooking Started way back and it went on increasing day by day.  It was only a matter of time before I learnt the tricks of the trade. I love playing with different flavours and aromas to see how they can liven up our senses.

      I started it as a hobby but my love towards experiment in cooking increased Thoroughly.

There is always someone who inspires you to choose a certain path in your life but not in my case, because I was not inspired but motivated by my friends throughout, who always showedImmense faith in my culinary skills and capabilities.
